Delivery & Returns

Minimum Order

Due to processing fees, we have a minimum order value of £15.00 excluding delivery charges & VAT.

Deliveries

All deliveries are made by our courier UK Mail (Business Post). Once processed, orders are delivered next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4:00pm the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next day. If you are not in when the delivery is made, UK Mail will leave a card explaining how you can arrange to have your goods redelivered.

Mainland UK

Delivery is FREE on all orders above £50 excluding VAT. Orders below this amount will incur a £6.50 + VAT delivery charge. (There is an additional delivery charge of £5.95 + VAT for Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly postcode deliveries)

We DO NOT offer delivery to the following areas and postcodes

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands, AB31 - 38, AB40 - 56, GY1 - 10, JE1 - 4, HS1 - HS9, IM1 - IM9, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 32, IV36 - 49, IV51 - 56, KA27, KA28, KW1 - KW17, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH4 - 40, ZE1 - ZE3.

We DO NOT offer a delivery service to Europe. Please do not request, or try and place an order if you are outside of our current delivery area.

PLEASE NOTE

Orders dispatched to the wrong address due to customer error will be charged additional forwarding carriage. Any orders returned to us due to non delivery will be charged additional carriage charge.

Returns

We will not accept returns of any fresh coffee items, unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return goods, which are not faulty, we will accept returns up to 7 days after you have received the goods. Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange. We will not refund any delivery charges for returned items which are not faulty.

The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 3% commission fee for refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of £10.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

Please note: Customers have 48 hours after receipt of good to notify us of damage or faults with items.

Refunds of Returned Goods

Refunds are given by credit or debit cards and a credit receipt will be posted. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by Company cheque. We reserve the right to charge a 3% commission fee for refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of £10.
