Tea is the second most widely-consumed beverage in the world, after water. Therefore tea is a very important item on any coffee shop / catering menu. Tea is often over looked and marketed badly to customers, but tea can be a very profitable item when served correctly. Tea is over 98% water, therefore it is greatly influenced by water quality.
