Delivery Times

Providing orders are placed before 3pm we operate a next working day delivery service where possible. This is not a guaranteed service, and Prima Coffee Service Ltd takes no responsibility for loss of earnings due to late delivery. Where payment is made by cheque, your order will be dispatched when funds have cleared.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. See the page Delivery & Payment which gives full details of delivery prices throughout the UK.

Returning Goods

We will not accept returns of any fresh coffee items, unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return goods, which are not faulty, we will accept returns up to 7 days after you have received the goods. Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 3% commission fee for refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of £10.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

Please note: Any discrepancies, shortages or damages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Consumer Rights

None of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations

You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when we email informing you that your order has been dispatched. This occurs within 24 hours. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.

If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a ' return '.

Refunds of Returned Goods

Refunds are given by credit or debit cards and a credit receipt will be posted. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by Company cheque. We reserve the right to charge a 3% commission fee for refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of £10.

Cheque Payments

Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Prima Coffee Service Ltd and send to the contact address together with a copy of your order. Please select Invoice in the payment option on the shopping basket page.

Site Security

This website uses Paypal and Sage Pay for credit card and debit card transactions.

If, however, you would prefer to arrange an order or pay over the telephone, you can do this by calling us on 0845 50 50 525 Monday –Friday 9am – 5pm.

Privacy

Prima Coffee Service Ltd will never release your company details to third parties or other sources.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The information included in this website have been checked for accuracy. Prima Coffee Service Ltd will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
