Delivery & Returns

Dear Customer

As you know we are a small family business so have no choice but to close down while we take a holiday and recharge our batteries.

We realize that closing down for a little time is a slight pain, but it’s the only way we can maintain our low running costs and subsequently low prices.

Please can we ask you to do a bit of forward planning, and stock up a little more while we are closed.

Important Dates for your Diary

Thursday 22nd August – Sunday 1st September - Office and Warehouse CLOSED (no orders will be dispatched)

Wednesday 21st August - Last day to place orders before closure, 3pm latest.

Please, Please, Please don’t leave it to the last minute to place your order to cover this period. Our stock levels are not infinite, and we can not guarantee orders at the last minute will get out in time.

Please also be aware that this closure period includes the late August Bank holiday.

We will start to clear the backlog of orders placed while we are closed as quickly as possible, with the majority of them being dispatched on Monday 2nd September.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and thank you for your continued business.
