Thursday 20th - Last day to order to ensure delivery before Christmas. (order by 3PM)

Friday 21st - Orders dispatched, but not likely to arrive before Christmas in all areas.

Monday 24th - Wednesday 26th CLOSED

Thurdsday 27th - Orders dispatched

Friday 28th - Tuesday 1st CLOSED

Wednesday 2nd - Normal Dispatch and Delivery as below.


All deliveries are made by our couriers DPD Local . Once processed, orders are delivered next working day (Monday - Friday). We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3:00pm the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note: Any discrepancies, shortages or damages must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on orders above £50 excluding VAT. Orders below this amount will incur a £7 + VAT delivery charge.

WE DO NOT offer delivery to the following areas

  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Channel Island

AB33 - 38, AB55 - 56, FK17 - 21, GY1 - 10, JE1 - 4, HS1 - HS9, IM1 - IM9, IV1 - 56, KA27, KA28, KW1 - KW17, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH19 - 50, TR21 - 25, ZE1 - ZE3.

If you are outside of our delivery area and you still try to place an order, you may see a delivery charge of £500 come up in the basket, this is to stop you from placing an order. If you complete the order we will cancel it and refund you.

We DO NOT offer a delivery service to EUROPE. Please do not request, or try and place an order if you are outside of our current delivery area. Any order placed out side of our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded.


Orders dispatched to the wrong address due to customer error will be charged additional forwarding carriage. Any orders returned to us due to non delivery will be dealt with as a "return" (see below).


If you wish to return goods, which are not faulty, we will accept returns up to 7 days after you have received the goods. Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund. We will not refund any delivery charges for returned items which are not faulty.

The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they were delivered. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10% of the item(s) value or £10 whichever is greater.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

Refunds of Returned Goods

Refunds are given by credit or debit cards. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10% of the item(s) value or £10 whichever is greater.
